This 2007 Pinot has been in the bottle for over 4 years now and it's never been drinking better! Just as ive suspected from our first vintage of this wine, it has what it takes to just keep getting better for a long time. Unfortunately, this will be last vintage  of the Dubakella Pinot Noir that we will be releasing. We no longer have access to the fruit so this will be all she wrote.

• In the glass it has a dark garnet color. Twizzlers on the nose with lots of cherries, cherry cola, and a hint of clove. In your mouth there's flavors of bing cherry and strawberry that on the finish turn to an earthier profile including notes of juniper, mint, and forest floor. Rich yet still feminine in its disposition, it is to me, just the way a pinot should be.
